just found the solution: over Export Layout Builder Templates – and then reinstall on other webpage with enfold theme :-) so this post is solved and closed.

I have installed wp cache and compromized the css and js files. but no changes appear.
kind regardssorry to bother you again, the solution is that when you add a new user, this user has to change the options views on the post overview page (all pages)

the problem is still pending because every new administrator user I added (on both word press site) has no access to the excerpt field on post pages.
Also I saw the one user has 2 roles (administrator and BackWPup. Only this user can edit and see the excerpt field.
It is not possible to give a user 2 permissions, only one permission per user. So maybe have look into the problem again (and try it out on my development server).problem has something to do with the user permissions.. so I think I will solve the problem by myself. thank you.

i had the same issue – and found half of the problem. when you select “scroll / srcolling” on the attribute drop down menu for the background image (in the color section) then it works fine on iphone display. BUT if you choose fixed or parallax it will be still deeing visible on iphone displays.check it out,

problem is solved as long as background image attribute is on “scrolling” and not on “fixed or parallax”.but it still would be great if it works also on fixed background images and not only when “scrolling” is selected.

I found the solution for this error in another post
all you have to do is (in the Google API console) instead of *.example.com/* –> just enter http://yourdomain.com/* and then it works fine. :-)regards
