    Hi Ismael,

yes, that is intended. So a loged in user is not tracked. If you logout, you will get the normal tracking.

I couldn’t find a the google analytics script, perhaps in other scripts. As I told you, other events are tracked as expected, only the contact form is not tracked.

    Hi Basilis,

the monster insights plugin creates the code depending on the settings. You can find the code in the source code of the page. Press Strg-U to get the source code (don’t know whether it works in all browsers) and have a look for “MonsterInsights”. It should be in line 48. There the code starts. In line 131 it ends.
In line 379 starts another code to track all outgoing links. It is working as expected. And it makes no problem. I tried to track the contact form with and without this code and both variations did not work.

    Hi Ismael,

    thanks for your reply.

Yes, I have the google analytics snippet. I use Google Analytics Monster Insights for this. I also have other events, they also work as expected. Only the event of the contact formular is not working. In the code it looks everything fine. But it does not work. I don’t see an event in Google Analytics.

    Hi Victory,

yes, I tried this first. But on the research I lerned, that I have to use ga send instead gap.push. So I looked for other solutions. The one I implemented should work, but doesn’t.

    Hi Andy,

I know how WordPress works. I’m a software developer. That’s why I could fix one problem alone. But I’m not the expert in CSS and this seems to be an CSS problem. And you just said, it is a problem between the Theme and the Plugin. So it is a problem of Enfold. To send me away to the plugin Author is no solution and no support. The Plugin works with a lot of other Themes very well, so it seems to be more a Theme problem, than a Plugin problem. In the time you discuss this with me, you could have already fixed the problem. I have 4 customers I recommended the Enfold Theme and all of them use Optimize Press and all of them have the same problem. I have to stop to recommend Enfold, because the support is realy bad. Instead of helping your are discussing with me. Yes, I can hire a freelancer and I will do in future. And my customers I will recommend an other theme. Fortunately there are enough other solutions outside. Unfortunately that does not help me at the moment and I still have the problem and would need to move all sites to another theme, which costs time and money.

The advertisement on your page says: “We offer incredible support and free updates for all our themes!” I don’t see an incredible support. How can I get this?

    Regards
    Sascha

    Hi Andy,

did your read my last reply? It does work with disabled Enfold Theme. So it is a problem of Enfold and not of a third party plugin. So I don’t need to ask any third party plugin author, because without Enfold everything works fine. So please, can you fix this problem. Since weeks we are discussing and I didn’t get any help yet. One part of the problem I solved alone. But on this thing I need help. Please have a look on the problem. It is realy a problem of Enfold. Thanks.

    Best regards,
    Sascha

    Hi Andy,

I made the other way. I deactivated Enfold and everything works fine. The thing is, that deactivating Optimize Press is no solution, because, than I can not create the site and I don’t whether the site will still work. It needs to work with Optimize Press. And the test of deactivating Enfold shows, that it is an Enfold problem. I need to fix this problem asap, because I want to start a radio campaign soon. Thanks.

    Kind regards,
    Sascha

    Hi,

I uploaded the Screenshot in my Page. You see the text is directly beside the picture, but should be below. If you make the screen wider it goes below. You see what I mean?

    Thanks
