Amazing! Thank you Ismael and team x
July 22, 2015 at 6:55 pm in reply to: Adding search bar to header – can't find enfold/includes folder #477271Hey guys! That’s awesome, it looks great.
Just two small questions.
1. I’ve tried everything to get the ajax search drop down to be a solid colour (white) but it stays transparent. Can this be changed with quick CSS? I have managed to change the text background but not the actual menu dropdown background. The hover colour is currently white which I’d like to change too.
2. How can I widen the search bar itself? At present it’s quite short and stunted but when you type something in to search, it lengthens out. Would love to keep it a consistent length so it doesn’t change size when typing in a search query.Thank you so much for all your help. I’m almost there!! :)

July 10, 2015 at 5:16 pm in reply to: Adding search bar to header – can't find enfold/includes folder #471616Thanks Yigit. Is there any possible way to move the search bar that appears when you click ‘Append search icon to main menu’ to the header area, beside the logo? I’d like to be able to use the search bar that offers the Ajax search. Like this:
Thank you! :)

Cheers!
SYay! Works perfectly! Thank you :)
Hello,
Well in my screen shot from my iphone, the full width sub menu when clicked on, doesn’t actually ‘drop down’ so to speak, when it opens, the sections are all on top of one another, making it messy and unusable. My question was (if at all possible) can I now use some CSS to actually hide the full width sub menu, only on mobiles? I have used CSS to hide the main menu on desktop but show on mobile, because it is responsive and works better on mobiles.
This is the mess that’s showing on my mobile – can we hide this ? Thank you! :)

SarahAh I love the support here! Seriously if there is a place I should be leaving a review, let me know :)
Ok well both of those suggestions worked well :) My ipad is showing the same view as my desktop (the full width sub menu instead of the normal main menu). And, My iphone is showing the normal main menu. Only problem is now that my iphone is still showing the full width sub menu which isn’t responsive, how can I hide this (only on mobile devices) and I’ll be sweet!
Here’s the screenshot of how the full width sub menu shows on my iphone:
Thanks again!
THANK YOU! I couldn’t figure out how you did the half colour sections and turns out it was a grid row! So helpful, thank you!
SarahMay 14, 2015 at 7:46 pm in reply to: Add text and change colour overlay on masonry gallery and regular gallery #444554Hey Elliott,
I’ve tried this several times and can’t seem to get it to work on my page properly, as in the example above :( What I’m aiming for is to start with an image, and on mouse hover the image changes to a solid colour (not at all see through – like the green in the example above) with a text overlay.
What the above code achieves is showing the red on hover, only over the title and caption. In actual fact I don’t want a title and caption, I want that text to come over the image (not under it as the title and caption does now) with the solid colour background.
Here’s an example of what the above code produces:
This is the page I’m using the gallery on – http://www.openroadtravelperu.com/home/home-demo/
Any help would be so very gratefully appreciated !
Thank you :)

Hi there,
Sorry I can’t take a screen shot because i need the whole page :( I tried and it only gives me half and I don’t want to confuse you any further.
Please if you don’t mind I just need the shortcode for the entire ‘ABOUT’ PAGE in the shop demo. I don’t need the homepage, but thank you for providing this.
While I have you I’d love to get the shortcode for the ‘HOMEPAGE’ of the Enrique Fold demo.
Thank you :) I hope that is clearer.
Sorry Elliott, it seems to be showing now from my end too! Very weird! The same thing happened with my favicon yesterday but after a while (and cache clearing multiple times) it seemed to show up! :) Thank you for your reply.
Thanks Yigit, it’s perfect! Really very appreciated :)

Hi there,
It’s not the font itself, it’s the weight that isn’t correct which is not showing correctly which is what I changed in quick css. It’s ok, I will try and figure this out myself, I’m sure it will come to me. It seems like the quick css is working now if I put something new in, which is the main thing.
I have a bigger issue which I have just noticed, the custom css fields (where you can enter a particular css class/identifier) have disappeared. I turned this on and have never touched it or turned it off but it’s now gone out of all the elements in the avia builder. I checked again in functions.php and the line of code to turn this function on is still there, it’s just not showing the field. Please let me know what I can do to fix this, I don’t like messing around with functions.php too much.
Thank you
Me again!
I changed the code to what you suggested and nothing has changed. I had a look at the code you provided and they both (the incorrect and correct) look exactly the same? Sorry to bother you. See below:
.av-special-heading h3 {
font-family: ‘Oswald’;
}.av-special-heading h3 {
font-family: ‘Oswald’;
}Thank you
THANK YOU ISMAEL!!! :)
I have no idea how this happened as I didn’t touch the CSS, promise! :(
Thank you again and again! SarahThis reply has been marked as private.Perfect, thanks so much as always ! :)

I think I’ve fixed the issue finally. Looking again at the code you gave me I realised there was a section where you can nominate the container width, I played around with this and it seems to be better now! I had no idea this function was available but all seems to be better now. Many thanks to you and Yigit for your effort :)
February 16, 2015 at 11:12 pm in reply to: Layout issues! Width of layout on all pages has blown out to full screen #397156Hi Elliot,
Thank you.
I put that in and nothing changed, sorry :(By what i can read i that line of code is that it only relates to the masonry gallery. The issue I am having is website wide, not just with masonry galleries. I only wish I had a screen shot of the site’s pages before this happened, everything really looks entirely different, as if it’s been blown up for someone with accessibility issues to read.
Worst of all my site has completely slowed down compared to how it downloaded before, almost 10 fold! Maybe I could make the new page-wide design work but the slowness I won’t be able to handle as when launched I will be a solely online business and it’ll kill conversions.
Please help I am stuck, nothing I have tried has brought it back to what it was before the code was changed and/or updated.
Thank you
