Hey everyone,
Thank you for your replies – I’ve revisited this and put WP Rocket into safe mode and gone through their checklist, and looks like it was WP Rocket playing games. This code is now working as it should, hurrah!
Thank you everyone very much for your help, hope you have a great week! :)
Cheers
SarahHey Rikard,
Thank you for your reply – I’d already cleared the cache and have left it a few days, but the issue persisted. I’ve now put WP Rocket into safe mode and gone through their checklist, and looks like it was WP Rocket playing games. This code is now working as it should, hurrah!
Thank you everyone for your help, hope you have a great week! :)
Cheers
SarahHey Ismael,
Thank you, I did already put that code in via Code Snippets earlier, and it does display when I’m logged in, but isn’t displaying for regular users (when not logged in)
If I should instead not be doing this via Code Snippets and into the actual css, what file should I be looking for please? I’m not a developer and I’ve just gone to look through the file manager and there are numerous css files – I’ve checked files with titles related to ‘theme’ and that original code doesn’t display
Thank you so much
Cheers
SarahHey Ismael,
Thank you for your reply, but unfortunately it’s not – what you’re seeing is the full size, and that was always working. When the my account / login buttons are visible, this is the full size
The search icon still isn’t visible on smaller screens (i.e when the hamburger menu is in use) – I’ve cleared all cache, tried incognito mode, and also tried a different browser but it’s still not visible (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3jftsql2o77qfkonnqt2c/Signosaur_home_laptop-searchmissing-withcode.png?rlkey=9exzi4fdgzc8x2h1l2g1l4p8v&dl=0)
Is there something else I may be able to try please? :)
Cheers
SarahHey Ismael,
Thank you so much for your reply, that has kind of worked! :)
It’s now displaying when I’m logged in, but isn’t displaying for regular users (when not logged in)
Is there anything that would be preventing this please?
I’ve cleared the cache but still no luck :/ I could give it a day or two just in case maybe? If there’s not some larger piece holding it back?
Cheers
SarahHi Ismael,
The plugin developers used the filter you suggested – they’ve sent me through a code snippet with it and it has worked perfectly. Case closed!
Thank you very much for your help! :)
Many thanks,
SarahNovember 26, 2025 at 6:54 am in reply to: Different font colour for logged in and out users #1491829Hi Ismael and Guenni007,
Thank you for your replies! Thank you Ismael for logging in and adding that – I did add that in when you had originally said to, I’ve now cleared the cache after you’ve been in and it was giving me the same result of nothing visible :(
However! I’ve given it a moment and Guenni007 I removed the dot from the custom class in the advanced settings of the testimonial block you mentioned, and now it’s displaying everywhere as it should again! Hurrah!
So thank you both very, very much, I really appreciate your help in getting this working again! :)
I hope you both have a fantastic rest of your day!!
Many thanks,
SarahEDIT: Sorry again – I’ve found it’s fixed the complete block on the Clients page https://signosaur.com.au/our-clients/ but the arrows and the client name and business are still in black on the home page – would there be any reason for conflict between the two different pages please? :)
Thanks again!!

November 26, 2025 at 1:15 am in reply to: Different font colour for logged in and out users #1491815Hi Rikard,
Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately I’ve done that as I found another thread that was having the same issue, and it’s all still not displaying correctly
Yes please if you may look into this for me, I really appreciate it! :) Login details below
Many thanks,
SarahNovember 24, 2025 at 8:25 am in reply to: Different font colour for logged in and out users #1491723Thank you Ismael,
I’ve added that in, but unfortunately it’s still giving the same result
I’ve put it in as a css code snippet, and then also within the testimonials advanced developer settings (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/pqy26s8j4w7vgoanqe062/Testimonials_CustomCSSClass.png?rlkey=2zltoovfpr9am5m46di0myuq9&dl=0)
Is that right? It has the same effect with and without information in that advanced dev settings
Many thanks,
SarahHey Ismael,
Amazing, thank you very much! I’ve forwarded that onto the plugin developers. Fingers crossed!
I appreciate your help, thank you!
Many thanks,
SarahNovember 24, 2025 at 6:54 am in reply to: Different font colour for logged in and out users #1491710Hey Ismael,
Thank you for such a quick reply :)
Yes, it’s displaying correctly on that page, as that’s the page itself – it’s when the page is used as a page insert, that it’s not working correctly (see #2 link in original post – this is on the home page https://signosaur.com.au/) and this is where the issue is (as well as here https://signosaur.com.au/our-clients/)
Are we able to look further into this please? Happy to create a login for you.
Many thanks,

Thank you for your reply, but none of those fix this issue with the theme. I need to insert a page into the product description so I have one source of truth across many products. This shortcode clearly works when previewing, but the theme throws issues when it is live.
As there doesn’t seem to be any support from Enfold devs on this, to get around this, for anyone who finds this thread in future (like I have with many other topics in this forum) and runs into the same issue – I have been able to do exactly what I want using the plugin “Insert Pages” by Paul Ryan.

Ah, a touch annoying!
For sure, the screenshots are in my original post – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/custom-layout-shortcode-in-product-description-doesnt-work/#post-1487682
Test product page is: https://signosaur.com.au/product/x-banners-print-only-test/
Or if there’s some other custom code I can use in the code editor instead to achieve the same thing, I’m more than happy to do that way? :)
Many thanks,

I am, yes. Why is it an option to use in the product description then if it cannot be used in the product description tab please? Custom Layout – available in product description
Edit to add: it’s working correctly when previewing, but not when live so I would think it should be working?
Many thanks,
Sarah-

Thank you for your reply. I hadn’t, but I’ve just cut+pasted it from the visual to the code editor and it gives the same result
Is there anything else that can be done to get this feature working please?
Many thanks,
