Ok, i fix the first part with the white border.The problem occured because I remove text and accordion of the 1/3 layout in the advance layout builder .I added again and the problem fixed.
Can you tell me about the link?

Ok i did it and it worked(using shortcode) but when the content in the toggle 1 is smaller than toggle 2 the page is leaving a small white border on the left of the page
Also can i change the link of the page from #toggle-id-1 to the toggle title?

I had different adresses in General/settings/WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL and the problem fixed for me when i put the same adress in these fields.Can you please check it.
