No I just uploaded the theme and we were running

Hi – I couldn’t wait ant longer and got a guy to fix it for me.
I’m a little puzzeld by this encounter with the suppoert – as you can see in this thread there are days between some of your replies and we’re talking about a site that can’t be used on a mobile where it gets most of it’s traffic from – I don’t understand why you just don’t go in and fix it right away instead of giving me some of the same solutions over and over.

It hasn’t been the best experience I’m sad to say – and when I have a lot of Enfold sites running I’m a little concerned for the future

I’m sorry to say that that didn’t help – I’m overwriting the files like Yigit postet a video about earlier in this post

I’ll gladly again download from the envato download site – I guess it’s there I get the newest version – and aginn overwrite the theme files – but this is the third time and as you can see in the thread it doesn’t seem to do the magic

Everything is as it should be now except the missing menu – It can’t be the webhotel cause I have another site on that one where the menu is present

So What to do???

Upadated theme via FTP (check)
tried CSS in general styling (Check)
Tried CSS in editor (check)

Nothing works

I’m sorry if I’m to annoying with all my writing but it’s really frustrating when visitors can’t navigate on your site and your trying to start a business

I got rid of the white screen so now I’m just missing the mobile menu

I tried what you said and now the site is just a white screen
