No, definitely is not a bad connection as I have tested my site by going to youtube and grabbing any other youtube video available (I mean any video) and plugged into my FullScreen Slider and the same thing. It doesn’t work.
I even created from Avia Layout Builder two more instances using many videos on “Easy Slider” and “Video”. They do not work. Is not connection, it is the theme somehow preventing from playing sliders. I can see it because it is in the cache but people from other states and countries can not. I have my theme updated and wordpress to its most current version. Do not know what else to do. Please help.It is fine on my end (I am in Miami, FL) also but it takes forever to load the video and my customer, being in Ecuador, have tested the site in a few computers and the result is the same as the service I linked, blank screen and no video. Everything else in the site is fine. It is an issue only with the video.
Please help me here and use a creditable tool which allows you the same testing results. We need to check how people are looking at this site from other countries other than USA because we service worldwide. And the thing is that that video is right on the face as the main feature of the site when people open the link. Having the video for some customers and a black area for other countries is like having a body with no head. Please help us here. Thank You!Victor

Thank you very much for your help! That actually fixed the issue. But while doing the fix I noticed something I never did before. I have a sticky social media icon (google+, facebook, twitter, print, and +) on the top left border of my screen. The funny part is this icon is not happening in every single page but certain pages. Even though it may be something I accidentally installed previously I have no recollection how and when (since I have not visited this site in a long time). I like the feature but I want to know where should I go and activate/deactivate it so I am in control over it.
Can you please explain. I am guessing this is a feature that came with the theme because I found no plugin installed for social media floating icons. Please see my credentials below if you need to access the backend of the site and check. Thanks a lot!!

I tried that. I activated the regenerate plugin and it did the regeneration successfully. BUT, the problem remains. I tried uploading another image and after being uploaded when I come back to see it it is gone. Please help.
I tried that but it does not save the command. This is the message I always get:
“Falta el archivo de idioma (.mo) de WordPress. Se mantendrá el idioma para mostrar existente.”
MEANING in english the following “The language file ( .mo ) was not found. Existing default Language will be kept to show existing”
