    Matt,

We fixed our problem. One of the editors had an unclosed HTML tag in the element before.

Our problem looked like this ` <strong>text<strong></strong>
    `
The unclosed tag was causing the problem and now we can save without issue. It looks like your text in the banner might be bold or might potentially have the tag on it.

    Worth a look.

I even created a video and sent to them to show the problem. Hope they figure this out soon

We have our website hosted with WPengine. I just wanted to rule out a hosting issue as well.

We have been using Enfold for a couple years and have never had anything like this happen before. We just redesigned our website using Enfold and just have a page that is impossible to create because of this problem. I have cleared every cache, every browser, uninstalling the theme and reinstalling the theme, have our host increase the amount of memory to their max (512mb) and nothing seems to work.

There must be some dark bug in the theme.

    Matt,

I am not a moderator or anything just someone who is experiencing the same issue. Out of curiosity, who is hosting your website?

Having the EXACT same problem and only on certain pages. Memory allocation with host is 512MB. Hope you figured it out Matt. It is driving us crazy.

No special cache activated. Clicked purge on wpengine backend. I swapped out the video with another self hosted video and experienced the same issue. I also inserted a vimeo video and the same problem occured – screen shots attached. Whenever ever the browser window is taller than it is wide the problem presents itself. Depending on the proportions of the screen sometimes the black is alot and sometimes is is just a little.

So we are seeing this on several computer monitors and browsers. We
witness this on chrome and safari on a 34in ultra wide display connected to
MacPro, a 15 in Macbook pro (pre Retina), and a 11in Macbook Air. Again, once I grab a corner of
the window and resize, the problem goes away immediately.

I have attached a link of what we see.

Also, I have tried photos and there isn’t a problem. This seems to be a video problem
