I would appreciate it if a moderator could answer the questions above, since i’ve paid for the theme i’d like to receive some proper feedback please.
Resume:
– Problem started before i did the 3.9 update (so i do not think that is the problem)
– Switched to another theme and reactivated Enfold
– Re-installed the Enfold theme
– Deactivated all the plugins
– Updated the Endfold theme to the latest release
– It IS possible to add new elements trough the avia advanced builder (and fill them with content). But after publishing the page and try to edit it afterwards i encounter the same problems.Hi Devin, thanks for your reply. I just deactivated all plugins, but still the Avia advanced builder does not load. I still get the spinning circle when I try to edit a page. and also i can not enter the simple editor or wiswyg editor (same problem as my first post).
Also, when i switch the avia builder off in the article edit screen settings it does not hide. (even when disabled)
All the other elements will turn off when de-selected.
Is there a possibility that it has anything to do with the plugin: RoleScoper?
