Hey Andy,
Thanks for your help. I’ve downloaded the suggested plugin, and set the required image sizes as follows:
Entry with sidebar: 845 x 475
Entry without sidebar: 1210 x 680
Screen shot of these settings via simple image plugin:

Thanks!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the problem has been fixed. I didn’t think to flush the CDN cache, so once I did that, the problem has been solved.
Just in case anyone else has this same problem, these seemed to be the necessary steps:
1) Flush dynamic/static cache through web host (I was using site ground)
2) Flush cache with your CDN (I was using cloud flare)
3) Clear cache in browserThanks for the quick reply!
Here is the screen shot of the problem I keep seeing on the back end:

Thanks for the quick reply!
I am having the problem on all pages (as opposed to posts where I’m not using the page builder).
Here is an example of a page I’m using that is showing up blank:

I’ve just tried on a windows based computer, logging in for the first time, and the problem is still there. Thanks for your continued support with this!

Hello Rikard,
Thanks for the reply. The image is 845 pixels wide by 475 height.
Here is a screen shot of the image:
As you’ll notice, the image is 845 x 475 however it (along with the rest of my images) continue getting cut off. Any help you would be able to offer would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks so much for the response. I’ve tried clearing cache a few times, and also using a new private window to check. Still having the same issue. If you’re able to see the builder mode (with elements in the builder mode) like the screen shot you’ve sent me, the issue must still be on my side?
Cheers!

Thanks very much Rikard!
That has solved the problem of the image not being able to be clickable and open in a new window.
I’m still having issues with the image displayed at full size. I also have this quick CSS entry which I thought would fix the issue:
$avia_config[‘imgSize’][‘entry_with_sidebar’] = array(‘width’=>845, ‘height’=>475);
$avia_config[‘imgSize’][‘entry_without_sidebar’] = array(‘width’=>1210, ‘height’=>680);Here is a screen shot of the image on the post:

Thanks so much for your assistance. The Avia Layout Builder has only been used on Pages (as opposed to posts), and isn’t working on any of my pages. Below is a screen shot of what I see when trying to edit the page with the layout builder:

March 9, 2015 at 7:27 am in reply to: Images not displaying on desktop and/or mobile version #407882Hello Rikard!
Thanks for the post. I’ve rechecked my homepage (www.protorah.com) and still seeing the same issue. There should be a fullwidth easy slider directly underneath the top menu and logo, complete with four images set at “featured large (1500×630)”. When I click this component to edit it, I can see that the four images are defined in the slider, however when viewing the page in either safari or firefox, these images are missing. Instead of seeing the images, I see a large blank space with three dots under the image as well as left and right arrows besides the empty space.
Any help you can provide here would be great! Thanks!

I’m afraid that didn’t seem to work. I added the “code block” element and tried to drag the page elements into it (for example the special heading element and the text element) but it won’t let me add these elements.
Is there any way to continue using the page builder functionality while having the sidebar located on the right side of the page content?
Thanks!
-Richard
Fantastic! That solved the problem. I would never have guessed a plugin would be causing that trouble. Thanks again!!
