I uploaded originally at 1600 × 1067. It crops it properly, but it’s blurry.
I also tried 300 x 450, but it doesn’t crop it at all and it’s still blurry.

I ended up hiring a developer to help with this. However, I notice that the non-selected tabs are black and white. Is there a way to change this so they’re all in colour, but perhaps just a darker overlay ontop of the non-selected ones?

Thank you, this has resolved the issue for 3/4 of the menu items. We are still having issues with the “Accessories” menu item. Is there a way to force a column break point for this one only?

Sorry this issue is still not corrected. The submenu items after a certain amount do not get shown. They are below the bottom of the page. It works properly for the “All Products” Mega Menu, but not for any of the other menu items with submenu items.

Hi Ismael,
michaelH’s solution worked great to get the icons and text aligned. For really long words, it would not align and we had to add a line break and hyphenate the words.
The only issue we have now is that we have quite a few icons, and we want users to be able to scroll through them.
We added arrows, but they are not clickable. The only way to see tabs further down is to click on the rightmost tab and then it displays the next few tabs. We want arrow navigation to scroll through all the tabs. Example page: https://www.mindscope.com/recruiting-software/

Thanks for your help, I tried this, and it worked for the regular submenu items, but then it totally corrupted the Mega Menu (which was previously the way I wanted it to look, using CSS).

Unfortunately I can’t, as I haven’t shown it to the business owner yet.
If you log into the backend with the credentials I gave you, you can simply open the website in a new tab and you’ll see the actual website.
