I modified the height and width of the big size picture in WP back-offices’ setting/media to 9999 and it looks fine to me now.

That’s correct, just replace ‘author’ with “pulisher’ to link your G+ page authorship.

It was coming from a plugin : Google Analytics for WordPress by Yoast… weird ! :)

Why not an optional authorbox under posts, like in the “Habitat” theme (with a enfold-type modern style) ?

Also, in the last updates, there was some microdata implementations, but the theme is still not exactly matching the google authoship rules.

Thank you, but there’s still a “problem” :

For exemple, social icons provided by a plugin are normaly located between the post and the comment area. By using the Avia Layout builder, those icons are now at the very bottom of the page. Maybe there’s a way to fix that ?

If it coul’d help someone ;)

For information, according to Google Authorship rules, rel=”author” MUST no appear on pages, but only on posts, and MUST not appear on all pages of your site (including homepage).

rel=Publisher” should appear on your home page or in a Google+ badge and must link to a Google+ page.
