From my side it’s solved.
I don’t know how. ;-)
Maybe because i set it to “show sidebar”, saved it and set it back and saved it in Theme Options.

Had also to do the same for the NGG to remove this

was searching with grep -r -i ‘ngg_resource_manager_marker –>’ ./
to find it.
Tried this in wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/non_pope/class.photocrati_resource_manager.php

    function print_marker()                                                                                                                                                                                        
    {                                                                                                                                                                                                              
if(is_feed()) return;                                                                                                                                                                                      
        print $this->marker;                                                                                                                                                                                       
    }    

Seems to work.
