Hi Jordan, Our hosting provider was not sure about accessing suggestion 4 the ‘.htaccess file’ … However the other steps appeared to have fixed the problem. Thank you
Hello Jordan … My service provider increased the memory to 256M which did not fix the saving problem, so they increased it to 512M and advised me this would take immediate effect. However still not resolved. Is there something else that needs to be done or another solution?
Thank youHelp please … I am receiving emails addressed from three Moderators and one Participant ‘because I subscribed to a forum topic’. I is not clear to me if one of these is a response to my issue raised on Sept 14 item 686134 and followed-up on Sept 15 with item 686638 and on Sept 16 item 687156. Each of the suggestions from the moderators appear to be to another participant who is responding … please is this correct. If any of these are for myself I have a fundamental problem that I have not been able to access my WordPress file since the fatal error occurred.

Hello, This is my first dealing with Enfold support … I’m receiving two emails one from Jordon and another from Yigit … Jordon requesting log-in details, these were provided however I have included them again in the private content. Yigit suggested re-updating the theme via FTP … I did mention in purchasing the theme I had Theme forest do the upload to my WP website as I was not comfortable doing this myself. If you could provide further guidance on what you wish me to do or are you right with me having provided the log-in details … thank you RogerQ
