Proceeded as follows:
1. Delete the template
2. Change the WP files (update or replace)
3. Via phpAdmin put in the pluggin 0
4. Enter http://rodaria.com.bo/wp-admin/upgrade.php
5. After the Admin and proceeded to install the Thema
6. Then plugginsI hope I can serve others with the same problem.
