I think I have solved the issue with the following CSS code;
@media only screen and (max-width: 1170px) and (max-height: 844px), only screen and (max-width: 375px) and (max-height: 812px) {
#top #wrap_all .avia-slideshow .av-slideshow-caption.av-19l7r0yx-f4a9287caa6e093433c04f70226b8e0c__1 .avia-caption-title {
margin-top: 10px !important;
font-size: 38px !important;
}
}Hi Ismael,
Thank you for the update. The problem is solved!
Thank you for your help!Kind Regards,
Lisa
Hi Ismael,
Do you have an update for me?
Kind Regards,
Lisa
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your help and patience!
This did solve the problem.
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Ismael,
The code with // in front of it was my own code. I commented this out because it was a duplicate of the code you send me previous. But I didn’t wanted to delete it right away, because we still don’t have a solution for the problem.
The only thing that needs to be done is that the image of the gallery gets displayed entirely instead of partly. This just don’t happen at a mobile device (it does in a simulator).
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Ismael,
Unfortunately this adjustment in the code only makes the empty space under the gallery larger. You can find a screenshot via de link.
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Ismael,
I checked the site after disabling the file compression and purging the cache. Also I visited the page incognito modus. Still the background position is not right.
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Mike,
I know the height in the CSS is for 300px. But at my phone the height of the image is not 300 pixels. If you use a simulator, the gallery shows up how it supposed to be. But if you use a real phone it does not.
The image stays smaller, even though the height is set to 300px. The spare space under the image of the gallery gets larger, but is empty. So somehow the viewport of the gallery does not get larger.
I hope you understand what I try to explain.
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Ismael,
I have added the code, but unfortunately nothing changes.
The devices I used are an iPhone 15 pro and an iPhone Xs. Both show the same problem. In the simulator at my laptop the background shows how it supposed to be, but at a real phone it does not.
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Ismael,
Thank you for your message.
I checked the page right away by using my phone. Unfortunately the image still does not get alligned how the settings are set. Still I only see the shoulder of the woman instead of the face (located top center).
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Ismael,
You can find the images via de link.
Kind Regards,
LisaHi Mike,
Unfortunately changing the height to 400px does not solve the issue. Images still don’t get displayed with a bigger height.
I have added a link to a screenshot.
Kind Regards,
LisaI have reset the credentials with the same I have send before. They supposed to work now.
Also; at the following page (link in private) the ‘Download beeld’ button does not start the download of the ZIP file behind it. I cannot find what cause the problem.
Sure, I will share the details in the private content.
Thank you! I didn’t knew that option could be found over there… Thank you for the fast support
Unfortunately that does not work. I get the error page of WordPress when I add this to the functions.php.
I will share the link etc. via the private content

Thank you for your answer. I have checked all the custom code we’ve used, but this duplicated code can be found no where. It is not in the custom css, nor in a child theme or the customizer. Do you have any idea where I should be able to find this duplicated code?
