Do you have a child theme in place?
Do you have a backup that you can restore? Which parts are not working? Have you tried updating to 4.3.1?
Still a work in progress, but appears to be an issue with hosting and the uploading of files. Might want to check with your host.
I will have to defer to Enfold for your latest questions. The purpose of my article is to track and share my findings, for both the good and the bad. That way, when someone asks me for help, I have centralized locations (e.g. blog posts) to point them to.
I think only Enfold can see that. Feel free to email me at ryan[at]wpturnedup.com.
No, I need your ID and password.
Have tried 4.3.1 to see if that jars anything loose?
First come, first served, ha. If you use the link and get to me first @GoogleBizTog, I’ll help. I’ve got about 30 minutes.
I don’t see you. Shoot me the ID and password shown in TeamViewer.
Okay, please visit the following link and we’ll get going.

May 2, 2018 at 9:02 pm in reply to: In 4.3, which performance features should I use if I already use W3 Total Cache #950284As a WordPress optimization shop, I’m in many communities around the topic and W3tC is no longer accepted as a solution. It can actually slow down a site. Just Google for yourself and you’ll find what you need to find as far as what others are experiencing. In general, it’s best to NOT implement caching until all other optimization is ironed out.
May 2, 2018 at 8:48 pm in reply to: In 4.3, which performance features should I use if I already use W3 Total Cache #950271Enfold aside, W3TC on its own is not a recommended plugin. That said, I would strip everything back and start from the beginning.
1. Disable W3TC and clear all caches
2. Configure Enfold performance options as desired, testing all along the way for optimization (GTMetrix and/or webpagetest.org) and for elements not breakingIf performance is not where it needs to be after the above, use a plugin like WP Super Cache and do the testing process all over again. You may or may not need a caching plugin depending on many factors (Enfold performance, web hosting specs, etc.)
Here are a couple of articles that I’ve written or I’m in the middle of writing.

Ooops. I just uploaded it for you.
I’m happy to help you (no charge) if you want. We could do this over a screen share that you control.
Well, you can wait on Enfold or we can do a screen share. Your call.
Try a completely different browser.
Hey Doug. Have you looked on the MailChimp side of things? They have recently made it super simple to create forms that you can embed on our Enfold site. It eliminates the need for CSS and whatnot on the Enfold side.
Maybe try a different browser or temporarily deactivating all of your plugins.

May 1, 2018 at 9:01 pm in reply to: WhiteSpace is now showing between Slider Revolution and Content #949674Then, unless you are using any of the new features of 4.3 on the design side, I would revert. It’s super easy. Are you using the Enfold child theme?
May 1, 2018 at 8:58 pm in reply to: WhiteSpace is now showing between Slider Revolution and Content #949671When I inspect the page, it shows that Layerslider is in use, which is causing that gap. Are you on Enfold 4.3?
May 1, 2018 at 8:56 pm in reply to: WhiteSpace is now showing between Slider Revolution and Content #949667Alternatively, if this was working before and you are now on 4.3, it might be worth reverting back. Lots of people are having LayerSlider issues.
May 1, 2018 at 8:55 pm in reply to: WhiteSpace is now showing between Slider Revolution and Content #949664Layerslider 1, which is the first slider on the page.
May 1, 2018 at 8:52 pm in reply to: WhiteSpace is now showing between Slider Revolution and Content #949662Hello. I’m seeing a height of 689px for that top slider. Can you try setting it to “auto”?
If you have FTP access to your website, you can edit that file there. You can also go in through your cPanel and access your File Manager there.
Otherwise, you can contact your web hosting company and have them look into this for you. Some providers don’t allow their customers to edit this files directly.
Hello. This is most likely an issue with the new update. Here is what I recommend, assuming (hoping) you have the Enfold child theme in place.
1. FTP: Delete “enfold” from your themes folder.
2. FTP: Upload a copy of the previous version of Enfold you were using, PRIOR to the issues.Hi Helen. What version of Enfold are you running?
