Didn’t help. Only had BB Press and SEO Yoast active. The admin toolbar at the top of the webpage doesn’t show when I am logged in as administrator. Not sure if the issues are connected.

I ended up restoring the database and it fixed the issue. Sorry for the confusion, I didn’t mean full width of the screen I meant full width of the 1/3 container. The entire content slider was only a few pixels wide. I’m not sure what the issue was, the only plugin I didn’t reload is Google Analytics by Joost. Not sure why that would create an issue. Thanks for responding
