    Hi Victoria,

    I have simply added the new version of the theme by loading the “enfold.zip” file extracted from the themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip one (in Theme -> add a new theme) and activated it, everything looks fine.

    Hey Rikard,
    What i did:
    1. download the zip file from theme forest (https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990); name of the file: themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip
    2. upload this file on my site/back-end (“Extension->add extensions->upload an extension”, i’m not sure of the english version, i’m using wordpress french version) and i got the first error i reported
    3. i tried now to install the enfold.zip file directly but this gives me an other error (no valid extension found)

    Hi,
    I have downloaded themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip and (after having installed the plugin “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File”) installed it from the zip file. After a while i got the following error:
    “L’archive n’a pas pu être installée. Le thème n’a pas de fichier style.css.”
    What should i do to solve this?

    Hello Rikard,
    I think that there are many cases where hovering or clicking with your finger are distinguished, you can for example move an app’s icon with hovering it and moving your finger, or open the app by clicking on it. Anyway i think that there should be an option to disable the legend display on tablets or smart phones as those already exist for other parameters under the “Option” tab in the masonry setting.

    Orientation problem: in “Appearance -> Personalise” you can select the target display at the bottom of the screen (3 icons: desktop, tablet or smart phone) and get a preview of your site on the selected target display but only in portrait mode not in landscape.

    Thank you Ismael, that was indeed the reason of my problem..
    Is there a way to get both plugins working you think?

    I tried with the credentials i gave and for me it is working.

    I don’t use the Popup Maker plugin.

    Hello Victoria,

    Yes. The Masonry is on the home page (“Accueil”) showing posts in category “CC-Expos”, but note that i have now changed the size to “Perfect grid”

    Hey Ismael,

    I’m using the following parameters for the Masonry:
    . 4 posts / page
    . 4 columns
    . Flexible Masonry (first radio-Box)
    When i use another size setting the posts are sorted correctly but the posts’ image are cropped (all posts have the same smaller size). I don’t know where to put the “Portrait” or “Landscape” tags (could you tell me that?).
    It means that the posts’ images should have the same size to be correctly sorted?

    I have updated the Enfold theme to version 4.5 but the same problem occurs.

    Hello Rikard,

    When i open “Enfold->Theme update” i get “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.0.7)” Strange!

    When i try the theme update through “Dashboard->Updates” i see 3 themes ready for update but not Enfold.

    Did you try this yourself on my site?

    I did not try the update via FTP as i have a question about it: will the Enfold parameters still be the same? (i suppose yes if they are stored in the DB).

    Hello,

    If i may join this discussion, i have exactly the same problem but i don’t know neither since when nor after which change, if any (?). I suppose this issue showed up after plugins updates or perhaps after i installed two plugins: Duplicator an All-in-one WP Migration. In the mean time i removed those two plugins but the issue is still there.
    Summary:
    – On existing menu item: no option “Use as mega menu” and no “column” for sub-menus
    – On new (sub-)menu items: option “Use as mega menu” and “column” present but disappears when menu saved

    I don’t consider this as a major issue but changing the menu appearance might disturb the users of my site.
    There were no more activities on this topics since more than one year so i hope a solution can be found.
