I figure the same problem “Failed to load plugin url: https://mokwi.de/cms/dev2/wp-f896b-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/js/avia-tinymce-linebreak.js” when optimizing my .htaccess as mentioned in the following article:

I removed the page and added whitespaces to the background images, because delivery time is urgent.
Here’s a Testpage where you can see the strange behaviour. This also occurs if you set the background image of the second section (#atelier-about-container) from fixed to parallax.
Do you also need admin rights?Thank’s a lot in advance.
