Thank you Devin.
I appreciate the effort you’ve made to help make sense of this anomaly…why responsive is not always responsive. Which is sorta shocking. But yes, mostly the site works well on most browsers. I guess it’s more satisfying to say it works on all browsers.
I hope Kriesi has advice and, if he can, devote a bit to this.
Kind regards,
Rick
Thank you Yigit for pursuing this question. I will wait with you in hopes that @josue finds something to resolve the disparity.
Kind regards,
Rick
Hi Ismael,
I agree that the site looks responsive on other devices. The question is why on some devices does it not?
I need to address this issue of inconsistency. On a Kindle all that shows is the site’s background color (fallback color) chosen using your site development choices. It isn’t the site, though. And you can image this is disturbing for my client…and me.
Using http://www.browserstack.com/responsive and putting in my client’s site: rickrelax.com it shows inconsistency…and in the case of Kindle, Droid and Galaxy it shows just a color.
Please give further instruction on how to make the site fully responsive. And how can I help you with this?
Kind regards,
Rick
Forgive me for not adding this… My client’s manager called saying her FIREFOX browser using the NEXUS 7 was showing the site in a incomplete and sacked out way. Which, when I stopped by to look at her tablet in fact the site was goofed up. Type blocks missing that are there on a desktop FIREFOX browser.
I looked up the site on BROWSERSTACK (dot) com and it pointed out that Kindle, Droid, and Galaxy are not reproducing the site.
This is specific information I feel I need to add.
Thank you for looking into this.
Kind Regards,
Rick
Yigit,
Again thanks for the quick response to my header question.
My client and I just finished inserting his July Sale information on his site. We chose to insert an image using the full width slider and did not get to use the coding you provided.
The image we made for the web is now the basis of his window display. All in all a satisfied customer.
So my task is resolved, but not through the code. I will keep the code and try it if the need arises in the future.
Kind regards,
Rick
Thank you Yigit. I will give it a try.

April 9, 2014 at 3:16 pm in reply to: Can Tabs Return to All Unopened? Or must one always stay open? #249286Thanks for the suggestion and for confirming the Tab element’s behavior. I will try the Accordion. I believe the first time I tried it I got frustrated… but now that I’ve had two weeks with Enfold I’ve learned patience helps and logic….and the support of Moderators.
Rick
Thanks Yigit. I’ll take your direction and give it a go.
Regards,
Rick
