One problem – you reset the username and password when you reset the database and I cannot log in – can you get me the new credentials? I have the new username, just need the password.

Excellent – thanks for your help!

Yeah, that wasn’t the demo we wanted and this one still timed out and gave us an error message during the import but at least something came up on the site! Was wanting the “Enfold 2017” demo installed. The FTP access credentials will be in the private content area. Resetting the database is fine, we haven’t added any unique content yet. Thanks so much for your help!

We don’t have a local server that we can try it on, but we have tried it with two separate web hosts.

They maxed out the PHP memory at 256 and still can’t import the demo content – is there a way to manually upload the demo content via FTP?

in reply to: Demo Content import issue #1001380

I had the web host boost the PHP memory to 20MB, post and upload. And still can’t import demo content. Please advise.

I upgraded you to admin – sign in and check it out. Thanks!

I tried (several times) to do the manual upload, no luck. It would get to the import stage and instead of importing files it tried to download something to my computer. I can give you admin access – please see the credentials below.

Do you mean the PHP memory limit?

    I will they that – thanks Yigit…

    OK- I hope this helps:

OK, I just deleted and reinstalled Enfold and I’m getting the same error. Please advise.

I have deleted it and reinstalled it once before (before I contacted support) but I’ll try that again now. Thanks Yigit.

Thanks for the reply Victoria. I set up debugging and the log file contained the following:
