We originally noticed the problem on a 12.9” iPad Pro.

Someone else had the problem on an old iPad 1 or 2, which would probably have been 9.7”

I have also tried on an iPad air and it does the same thing.

I’m getting a feeling that any iPad in landscape mode will do it.

Should I ask them whether it is the 12.9″ or the 9.7″ model?
Is there anything else about the specification that has a bearing on this?

They had the same problem on both Safari and Chrome on the iPad Pro

Hi Yigit,

I am including a link below to a screenshot showing the problem on iPad.

The full width easy slider should display the video right across the width of the page, and does so on the laptop and iPhone. But on the iPad it displays the video narrower, and what looks like the fallback still image to the top left.

I hope we can find a solution ASAP.

Hi, I’ve had to turn off the sticky header temporarily as it was giving me some problems.

When you take a look at this, please turn it back on in the theme settings.

You’ll see that when activated the sticky header is not remaining on screen when you scroll down the page
and is behaving strangely when you scroll back to the top.

p.s further to my last email, do you know how I might achieve this?

I can get the lightbox style gallery that I want by using a portfolio grid and setting the link handling to ‘display the big image in a lightbox’
(see private link below) but I need it to work in this same way with videos in the lightbox popups rather than images.

I would like the portfolio posts in the portfolio grid (in the bottom part of the page) to display with their title and excerpt next to their images rather than below. As the images are vertical format it would be much better displayed like this.

So instead of displaying four portfolio posts like this:
