Hello Andy. I am trying to get the placeholder image to be shown as thumbnail for products without images. Currently if there is a product without any image or thumnail, the product list does not put a placeholder, and the product name is aligned to the left. As you can see in the screenshot above, that is a dummy, but that is what happens to the products without any image. What I am trying to do it to put a generic placeholder to fill the space so that all products look alike in terms of alignment. The placeholder would be the generic image with the company logo. As mentioned before, I already have a placeholder image in the site, but currently it is only shown in the product details page. I would like it to also appear in the product search results pages.
Again, I found a topic from 2013 related to this task, but I tried to follow the instructions without any luck. Is there any other way to get this working?

We already have one configured and it shows up if you go to the product details page. The problem is that this placeholder (thumbnail) is not being showed up in the search results or products lists.
I think this is something needed to be fixed in the theme and not Woocommerce?
Thank you. I already solved the problem. I did several things and Im not sure which one fixed it, including removing some plugins and updating the theme to the latest version. Tks.

It does the job.

Thank you Andy. About number one, I already sent some screenshots in previous messages. Please see the ones from August 7th, and August 14th. I am copying them again in the private message.
Regarding the problems listed in my previous message, the ones related to pagination and the quick search box, please note that the little arrow on top of the search box has also been altered for some reason. The only changes I have made are CSS related, using the Custom CSS section, but I have tried removing all the CSS code and it still shows these elements incorrectly.

Just to try I uploaded a backup of that file, but still the same problems.

Another thing… I just noticed today something weird. For some reason now some elements are wider. It was ok before, but maybe you were trying things with the facebook box and one of those changes affected them?. I am taking specifically about this:

Also have a look at your own Kriesi like box on this support page. It has the same width probkem. So it is not my site but something about the way the theme handles the new box.
No. It does not look as intended. it should be 100% of the sidebar, same width as the banners above it.

Now that you mention it, I also noticed something different with the like box some weeks ago but I never thought it could be causing the problem.
