do I delete current themes and upload and activate enfold and then upload and activate enfold child (like studiopress) or just do I just update the child?

I have Enfold and enfold child theme. the child theme is activated. WordPress tells me everything is up to date

Unfortunately the site still is not public.

But here is a screenshot of the page (the image of the kids is the “featured image”):

Next I mouseover and get the red icon (I don’t want that):
