I fixed it. The solution was to also enable

Maps Static API
Maps JavaScript API

as available APIs for the token, additionally to the Embed API.

Hi Victoria, I do not know what to do about that. The URLs are set correctly in the Google Cloud console; I’ve had our CTO look at it. Any ideas?

Here’s the screenshot of the cloud console with the referers. The billing runs over the same account as the rest of our GCloud Services, so that is definitely not an issue.

I’m having the same issue, I could pinpoint it to the “Disabling of template builder elements” in the Enfold performance options. If it is set to “Always load all elements” background videos work fine. On “Load only used elements (recommended)” background videos stop working.
