Hi Mike, do you have any update from your colleagues? We’re still experiencing the issue, my client as well, and the website will go live tomorrow morning.
October 31, 2022 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Menu and logo don't stay in one place (and the page items move as well) #1370800Hi Mike, thanks for looking into it. We’re not using a CDN, and are not using any caching plugins either, the site is still being build. I’ll give it some time, but it’s not just me seeing the issue on different computers. My colleague has it as well.
Best, Haiko.
October 31, 2022 at 12:32 am in reply to: Menu and logo don't stay in one place (and the page items move as well) #1370750Hi Mike, that’s really strange! I believe you when you say that it might be a cache problem in Safari, but I just tested in two other browsers, in which I never opened the website before, and they have the same issue. Firefox 106.0.1 and Tor 11.5.4. Especially Tor should not have any caching present after I close it.
I also have it on my laptop and my iPhone, so it’s not just one device with the issue.
Any idea’s what else it might be?Best, Haiko.

I’m using Safari 16.1 on MacOS 12.6.1.
I’ve shared a wetransfer link to a screenrecording. You’ll see the logo, the menu and the text on the page jumping a bit from the left to the right, depending on the page you’re on. It’s always the same, so it must be a setting or some code somewhere.Hi Mike, great, thanks a lot! I’m going to do some testing this weekend.
Hi Mike, thanks for your help.
The package I was using does contain the light version though. Below is the full set I uploaded. Isn’t this the way it’s supposed to work?
The font you upload works, so that great, but won’t the fact that that’s only a .ttf font give me problems or slowdowns on any devices? I’m trying to use .woff2 combined with the backup types for that reason as much a possible.
Do I have to upload every font version I want to use one by one (300, 400, 600, the italics, etc), or should a package like I generated work? The contents of my uploaded package:

Hi Mike, thanks for your reply. I already did that in the current site, but it doesn’t work. The font is in the package, I’ve changed the styles to use it, but it’s not displaying correctly. If I check the font in the web inspector it says it’s using the 300 weight, but in reality it’s using the 400 weight.
Do I have to add anything to the function.php file to be able to use it?April 15, 2021 at 7:21 pm in reply to: There has been a critical error on this website. WP 5.7.1 & Enfold 4.8.1 #1294619Fixed by editing the file ‘av-helper-masonry.php’ in my child theme folder.

October 6, 2020 at 9:23 pm in reply to: change width and margin of 2/5 column on post pages only #1250967Hello Victoria, see the private link. The first link is the home page, which I would like to keep intact, the second one is one of the post pages, which i would like to change (all the post pages, current and future ones).
Hi Nikko,
sounds good, I’ll give it a try. Thanks for the suggestion and explanation.
Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Nikko,
thanks for looking into it.
The solution works, but is not that I would like to do, since I do want the icon to be clickable.
I would try to click on it myself.
Is there no other way to fix this?Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Nikko,
thanks for looking into it.
I saw it as an error, since they explain what the alternatives are.
Good to know that this is ok.Best regards, Haiko.

Hi Yigit,
thank you for the explanation. I’ll stick with the current translation for now.
Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Yigit,
thank you, sorry, I didn’t get that before. The translation option in my profile wasn’t available until I changed the site language.
But it’s not possible to change the tooltip manually?Best regards, Haiko.
September 3, 2020 at 10:53 am in reply to: Hide pulse and tooltip on image with hotspots on mobile #1243054Hi Jordan,
thank you, that works for the pulse.
The tooltip is still there though. Can you help me with some custom css to get rid of that too?Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Yigit, thank you, but I prefer to work in an English environment. There’s no other way to translate those tooltips?
Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Ismael,
I’ve set it to 4, because I don’t want to images to go by too slow. It does stop thought, on speed 1 and on speed 4, and there’s a speed difference while starting and stopping the slide, which is what I would like to get rid of.
Best regards, Haiko
Hi Mike,
thanks for looking into it. This looks great. Thanks for adjusting the code!
Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Victoria,
no, I’m not.
Best regards, Haiko.

Hi Victoria,
Great, that works as I hoped, thanks a lot!
How can I change the language/text of the tooltip?Best regards, Haiko.

Hi Rikard,
thank you, that would work. The bottom part of the text disappears though. Do you have any idea why that happens?
The reason why I tried to avoid padding is the issues that it might give with responsiveness.
We make most font sizes smaller on mobile, and that would mean making specific padding settings for mobile as well, which we try to avoid.
Would CSS based on something like this work?DIV.container { min-height: 10em; display: table-cell; vertical-align: middle } ... DIV { Fake text }
I wouldn’t know how to put in the icon as well.
Best regards, Haiko.
August 24, 2020 at 11:15 am in reply to: Make an image inside a Color Section use the full width #1240305Hi Victoria,
thank you for looking into it. Do you know of another way I could accomplish what I want?
I need that background image to work like it does now, and my way of doing it was putting it inside the color section.
Can I add a background to a post -every post will get a different background- in another way, mimicking the way it works now?
(Full screen background, parallax, top center, no repeat) I could do without the parallax effect.Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Jordan,
great! Thanks. The info is attached. The page is still a work in progress, but I’ll stop working on it for now.
Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Ismael,
Not putting anything between the code block and the masonry is not a big problem.
We wanted to put a small graphic element there, but we can do without that.
I can’t put any layout block above the code block though. Any idea why that is and if it can be fixed?Best regards, Haiko.
Hi Ismael,
thank you for looking into it. It just worked, so it must be like you’re thinking.
Any idea why it stops working when I put a new layout element above the code block or between the code block and the masonry?
Like the 1/1 block that I placed below it with the test text?Best regards, Haiko.
