That work for changing the top to be the blue color, however it overrides the active state and hover color being gold. Is the additional css I would add to have an active state color for gold and a hover color for gold as well.

No i want to change the color when you first land on a page. I like to color when it is on scroll and shifts to the sticky header.

It is just the arrow in the box to take you to the top of the page and the arrows on the homepage under:
– Business Development
– Technical Marketing
– Meet Our TeamThese would be the spots that I am using the supplied icons in a text box on the page.
I have cleared my cache many times. I find it to be very random where for some people they show up and some they turn into those empty boxes.
