I, together with my technician, further narrowed down the problem.

It is currently the case that texts written by hand (i.e. texts that I write in) are saved in the text box and copied texts (e.g. from a Word) are not saved. But of course that’s not the point.

Does it make sense if I give you the login details so you can fix this?
