Hello!
Thanks for the suggestions. Nothing seems to work though. Tried changing the P & Body in Advanced Styling, disable & enabled BWP Minify, and disabled template builder elements to Always load all elements.
Please guide us in the issue.
Warm Regards
Hello Victoria,
The links didn’t help much. But I found out the issue. The Facebook Pixel plugin had been causing the issue. Deactivating the plugin clears the issue. Probably this can help you with others who have a similar issue :)
Thanks for your time & support!
Warm Regards

Hello Mike,
Sorry for the delay in reverting. Search results seem to work in the front end, but live search, still doesn’t display the search results. Just displays the last added portfolio items. Added screenshot for reference.
Also in the backend, media library the same issue persists. Regardless of the search term, the results remain the same, which is just the media library as is. Screenshots added for reference.
Warm Regards

March 12, 2018 at 7:08 am in reply to: Footer Widgets not showing in Blog & Portfolio pages. #925355Hello,
In Blog & Single Portfolio pages, Layout > Footer Settings is set to “Default Layout > Set in Enfold Theme”. But changing this to “Display the footer widgets & socket” doesn’t help either. Also in Theme Option I have set Footer > “Display the footer widgets & socket”.
Thanks in advance.
Sarah,
Thanks! You can close this.
@Wolf : The https:// fix works in Mobiles & Tablets, but not in desktops. Hope there’s a fix.

Hello Ismael,
Not sure what you mean by google the main menu settings. But tried changing few setting and saving it. But the issue persists, Parent menu with “#” doesn’t expand on Mobile & iPad.Help would be greatly appreciated. Most visits to my site are through Mobile or Tablets.
Hello Ismael,
The issue seems to be fixed now. Not sure why Victora’s code didn’t work earlier though.
Thanks!

Hi Victoria,
The Search & Hamburger icons are still misaligned as earlier in iPad.
Hello Victoria,
Since all of us have the same issue, let me take the liberty to explain it. In the Mobile Menu we have a parent menu with link “#” and then submenus with links beneath. After updating to 4.1.2, the menu simply wouldn’t expand (if a parent menu has a link as “#”). To overcome this, @Giorgio suggested replacing “#” with simply “https://” which fixed the issue. But the problem with this approach is that, in desktops the parent menu with link “https://” becomes clickable. We are unable to use “#” which makes the menu unclickable.
Hope this helps.
Hello Victoria,
My website uses Better WordPress Minify plugin. I have disabled this.
I do not use any caching plugins for wordrpess or at hosting level.Really appreciate your help.

Hi Giorgio,
Checked only in Safari and didn’t work. Interesting that none of the moderators have so far replied in this thread. Usually they are pretty quick to answer queries.Hi Giorgio,
Actually thanks for working out a fix! Yea, I haven’t gone back to the previous version, hopefully they will fix it. The link doesn’t become clickable in Mobiles, but in desktop it becomes clickable. Not an huge issue, but still its a bug.
Thanks again!
Have the same problem. Fixed it by adding “https://” in place of #. But not an elegant solution as the link becomes clickable. Will rollback to 4.1.1.
Hello Victoria,
Thanks! The header is small now. But the Search & Hamburger icons are misaligned now. Tried fixing it, but couldn’t.
Help would be greatly appreciated.
ThanksHello Victoria,
Apologies for the delayed reply. Clearing the cache in Vivaldi worked fine. Thanks!
But the issue seems to persist in iPad. Tried both the codes
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) and (min-width: 768px) {
.responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet.html_header_top.html_header_sticky #top #wrap_all #main {
padding-top: 123px;
}}and
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
.responsive #top .av_header_transparency.av_alternate_logo_active .logo a>img {
opacity: 1;
width: 70%;
}}Would be great if you can provide a solution for this.
Warm Regards
Hello,
The issue still persists. The slideshow text is almost behind the logo. Screenshot from iPad attached for reference. Earlier the slideshow text didn’t disturb the logo.
The hamburger icon still shows up in Vivaldi, OSX.
Thanks.
