I tried some of the other recommendations from a post with the same title as this one. And while initially it didn’t seem to work, this morning the pictures were gone. Thanks!
Is there any way to exclude a specific page (in private content) from this rule?
Followed your instructions. The first time I imported theme settings file, Enfold kept it’s default Navy styling, but the the theme was exactly how the General Styling panel said it was supposed to look. This, however, did not retain the color scheme and and fonts that I had chosen. I then imported the theme settings file again, and now I’m back to where I was before.
The background of the logo area is back, but the other colors I’ve selected in Enfold Theme Options > General Styling are not being displayed.
I’m now running php7.1.
I don’t know how to minify styles and JavaScript. How do I check to see if they are?
FYI, this is now the third time I have replied on this string, only to return to find that my post was gone.
None of the styling elements for the logo area are being displayed throughout the site. As in Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Logo Area. None of these options are being displayed throughout the site. This is not how the theme has ever worked. So I don’t understand what “that type of change” is referring to. These are the options you built into the theme. They are not working. That’s what I need help with.
Ok, this worked on getting the background back, so thank you! But none of the styling elements for the logo area are being displayed throughout the site. Quick CSS is a nice band aid, but I’d like the backend to work, so if I need to make modification in the future I can do so quickly.
Same issue here. I followed the instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/ and made changes to the functions.php file.
Now the contact form sends the message and auto-response to me.

So I modified the functions.php file, regenerated the thumbs, and nothing changed for the thumbs of the blog, but my entire media library appeared to be bank. I then removed the additions to the functions.php file and the media library repopulated on refresh.
I inherited this website from another designer, and I didn’t realize he had made any changes to the blog layout. I don’t mind if the images are downsized. I just want to prevent them from being cropped. The top two images were originally designed to be shared on social media and formatted accordingly (roughly square), but then the blog makes them letterbox and crops the top and bottom.
The picture of the dudes face is also square but relatively small, and it’s not cropped and has been enlarged.
Yigit, the Quick CSS is where I’ve been adding all the code. Should your code replace all previous ones? That’s what I did and the problem seems to be exactly as it has been after flushing the cache. Also, I’m not using a plugin to minify CSS. Thank.
I’m resizing the window on my desktop. When I make the window smaller the text on my Easy Slider is no longer visible.
Disabled all plugins. I manually updated the child theme. Did a hard refresh. Now when I navigate to pages from the backend I get nothing but a blank screen.
Same issue here. Two color sections both with “Display a small arrow that points down to the next section” selected. Neither working.

It is, however, working on the home page!
Here’s what the site looks like now. I’m viewing it on Safari but it also appears the same on Chrome. I am using no extensions on either browser.
[Also as an aside, every time I submit post to this forum I am redirected to blank browser page that when refreshed takes me back to page 1, with my reply still in the comment field.]
I really, really wish that had worked. But it didn’t. The problem still persists. Please, help. This issue has been going on since October – that’s 5 months! I’ve purchased four copies of Enfold for various people and this is making me look very, very bad.
So as I’ve played around with it more. With the above additions to functions.php the issue happens every time, so maybe the consistency will make it easy to troubleshoot from your end. And while the problem doesn’t correct itself when resizing the window (as previously) it does correct itself when you scroll down the page. I hope this helps.
I really do appreciate the effort, but that addition to the functions.php file made the problem much, much worse. Now the problem does not resolve even when resizing the window!
Here’s the same issue again on another site I just began working on. As you can see from the picture the parallax color section is repeating the background. When I resize the window the problem corrects itself.
On page 1 of this thread, Devin offered additions to my functions.php file. Those were erased when I updated the theme. Should I re-add those?

The problem I’m referring to can be seen in both screenshots. It’s the solid bar directly underneath the layer slider. The parallax section begins directly below the layer slider. The solid color shouldn’t be there, and sometimes isn’t, but most often it’s there until you resize the window. Thanks.
