    @recumbent – Yes, figured out the problem yesterday. The site had been mildly hacked. There was bad code that had been injected in the WP-Config file at the top. I deleted that code and the problem with the menus was fixed

    Hello, thanks for the response back!
    I just updated all of the theme files through FTP and still having the problem with the navigation appearing vertical on the right side of the page. The problem only seems to happen on Windows browsers. I have tested on my Mac computer and the site looks normal as it should appear
