    in reply to: Masonry gallery image number #1140867

    Hi Mike,
    Thank you very much, the code you provided works perfectly!
    Now the image opens in “full screen” size. Great!

    I have another issue i’d like to adjust in the masonry galleries.
    When I open an image in a masonry gallery, the image is not “fixed” in the middle of the screen, but, if i scroll up or down with my mouse (on pc) or with touch (on mobile) the images moves up and down, showing the images below.
    I’d like the image to be “locked” on the screen when opened, even if i scroll up or down.
    In the masonry settings there is no setting related to this, maybe i need a css?

    Thanks a lot for the support and best regards.

    in reply to: Center widget and distance between each widget #1140197

    Hi,
    self-response, in case someone will need in future.
    I used another icons pack plugin (Ultimate Social Media Icons) and now the following code get all the widget closer and fully works:

    #footer .widget {
    margin: 0;
    }

    Thanks!

    in reply to: Masonry gallery images border #1139967

    hi and thanks,
    I haven’t tried to disable the plugins yet, but i have noticed a strange behavior: opening the website with Chrome i see the flicker issue but the images has no grey border; using Mozilla Firefox i see no flicker problem but the images are shown with the grey border, so it seems that in mozilla the CSS doesn’t have effect…
    How can i proceed?
    Thanks and best regards

    in reply to: Masonry gallery images border #1139945

    Hi and thanks,
    no, i didn’t try to disable my plugins, because the ones i have installed is because i need them in my website and i cannot disable them.
    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks!

    in reply to: Masonry gallery images border #1139807

    Hi,
    thanks for the code you provided.
    I used it, i tried on a couple of computers if it was ok but on one pc the issue is solved, and on another pc the issue remains.
    I tried to use a larger number in the code, example

    .av-masonry-image-container img{
    zoom:5!important;
    }

    and the issue is soved on every end.

    The problem now is that my galleries “flicker” when opened, in particular when the images are loading.
    It seems that the problem is the animation on the images loading: if i set it on “animation deactivated” in the masonry settings the issue seems to be off. But the problem is that i want the animation to be “activated”.

    Any suggestions?
    Thanks a lot!

    Hi and thanks.
    I tried to modify the settings you suggested in the Settings > media and re-uploading an image, and it seems to be ok now.
    I raised all the values by setting a high random value.
    I ask you if is there an ideal value that you can suggest me to insert that can fit all the images I upload, and I ask if raising these values will change something in my site in addition to the new images I upload.
    Thanks for the support and best regards

    in reply to: Image dimension too small when open #1119855

    Hi and thanks.
    I tried to install the plugin you suggested, but in the settings it probably changes all the thumbnails i’ve set in my website, and i’m afraid it changes irrimediately my images settings.

    I think this plugin is not the solution: my problem is that i’m not sure if i’ve updated correctly the enfold theme, because i don’t see the correct settings i should see in the masonry gallery, as suggested in the answers above.

    I uploaded the last version of the theme (4.5.7), but, having a child theme, I don’t know if I need to update my current child-theme, and how to do it in safety without making a mess.

    I’ve updated in the private content a link with some images to explain better my issue.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Mattia

    Hi and thanks.
    No, the images are the same and the issue is not yet resolved: i didn’t change anithing about the images size, and i dn’t know if i installed the theme in the correct way. In fact, i don’t find the settings to modify the size of the images in the masonry gallery…
    Probably the theme has not installed property in my enfold-child…?
    Thanks,
    Mattia

    in reply to: Image dimension too small when open #1117843

    Hi and thanks.
    I’ve uploades the last version of Enfold theme (downloaded fron Themeforest) using the plugin “Update Theme and Plugins from Zip File”, as said in the link you provided.
    I now have my enfold-child theme and the enfold 4.5.7 theme, but nothing seems to be changed in the settings i need to modify in my masonry gallery.
    Probably i have not installed properly the theme?
    Did I miss something?
    Do you have any advices?
    Thank a lot and best regards

    In addition, I have a child-theme that, reading on some guides, it was recommended to use in the sites unlike the “official” theme.
    Are the steps the same for the update of the child theme?
    Thanks again

    A precisation: i’ve never used ftp uploads with my website.
    Is it possible to upload the theme in another way, for example from my wordpress settings of my website?
    Is it safe?
    Thanks again

    in reply to: Image dimension too small when open #1117474

    Hi,
    sorry for my late reply, too.

    Thanks for the help.
    Is there a guide to update the theme via ftp, as you said?
    I’ve never done this step and i’m afraid to delete all my website!
    Thanks and best regards.

    in reply to: Change image when my website goes mobile #981903

    Hi and thanks,
    Yes, i’m done with the update and now i can see the element’s screem with the new setup, and i’ve just updated my website as i initially asked in this post!

    I also saw the message to disable css/js, but why and how i need to do this? I’m asking because i haven’t yet disable them and everything seems to work properly.

    Thanks,

    Hi and thanks a lot for the info!
    I have just done a backup of my website, and now i’m going to update the theme, but i have a question before proceed.
    I have an enfold-child theme installed, so i’ll need to download the enfold-child update from the link you provided, right?
    And then install it following the “Why Child Theme?” section, right?
    I’m afraid of doing something wrong…
    Thanks,
    R-3D

    Hi Rikard and thanks, but i can’t find the section you said.
    I just find the “ID Section“, but I don’t know if this is what you mean, and moreover I don’t know how it works and I don’t know what to do… Maybe I have to write a specyfic CSS code? Can you help me with this?
    Thanks a lot,
    R-3D

    in reply to: Change image when my website goes mobile #981016

    Hi Ismael and thanks for the reply.

    The suggestion you provided to duplicate the section and modify each one for desktop and mobile seems to be easy to do, but i’ll need some help with this part: after duplicating and setting the 2 sections, how can i do to make each section visible only in desktop and mobile?

    Thanks again,

    Hi,
    sorry but i’m pretty new in this world…
    The code is written in the post as text:

    [video width="1030" height="475" autoplay=1 loop=1 framework=1 mp4="video-directory"][/video]

    in reply to: Video settings #633819

    Hi,
    I tried to use this code:

    [video width="1030" height="475" autoplay=1 loop=1 framework=1 mp4="video-directory"][/video]

    But this way it’s not working…

    in reply to: Video settings #633761

    Hi,
    just one explanation: the video code suggested in the post must be writted into the general styling-code or into the video element uploaded?
    Thanks

    in reply to: Video settings #633642

    Hi,
    I tried the linked solution but it didn’t work.
    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks a lot!

    in reply to: Video settings #633626
