    I was able to get this working by putting the following in the Quick CSS settings:

    Hmm – that helps with the placement of the pop out – but I want it to be static and not pop out at all. So that all menu items are showing at all times. I was trying to see if there was a setting for this. Since it doesn’t appear that there is, I will mess around with the CSS to see if I can get all items to display on page load instead of on hover.
