Hi folks,
in the meanwhile I found a workaround snippet in WPML forum: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/enfold-icon-grid-translation/
That works for me.BUT: This issue is now known for 1 year (!) – so please fix it either on WPML´s side or on yours.
Apart of that – Enfold is great work, keep on going!
Best regards

Hello team,
I love Enfold in combination with WPML, but there are a few issues. The biggest one is the fact, that WPML translation is not working for the Enfold ALB icon grid.
If I try to translate the website with the WPML advanced translator, the text of the icon grid element doesn´t appear in the translation window – simply missing. Other elements like accordion or register cards work normally.
It seems a few people stumbled across this issue, but I didn´t find a solution in the forum. Is it a problem of AVIA ALB compatibility to WPML?
Any solution? Any possibility to translate it at least manually without coding html?Best regards
Hello Rikard,
fixed it! Exactly what I needed.
Great support!
Hello,
you can see the issue on the following website-link in the right widget area below the map. Just having the option to remove the line with date and time would help.
Thanx
Hello,
I have the same issue with the portfolio order in the wiget area. It seems to be a bit tricky to change that, but till now I made a workaround to sort my portfolio entries by giving them fake entry dates. That works pretty well, except of one issue: The “fake date” is automatically shown in the wiget – “Enfold Child Latest Portfolio” – even in the “show title only” view.
So here is my question: Can I eliminate the date and time line in the “Enfold Latest Portfolio” widget? If there is a solution for the child theme – I would prefer that of course to prevent update erasing.
Apart of that – I LOVE enfold. Fantastic work (and support) of you guys!
Hi Ismael,
that´s it … gotcha…. Everything works perfect. You can close the thread.
Thanks very much for effective and caring support.
Best regards
RadimHi Ismael,
you can see the wrong behavier according to the pics on http://heilarbeit.de/temp/
I´ve made some screenshots to show the difference of original and modified script – the problem are the very small pics left to the headline of the comment. Link ist below.
Good luck
Hi Ismael,
slowly we are getting somewhere. No syntax problems and the site is keeping its integrity. The randomizing of the presentation ot the testimonial works fine.
BUT:
1. The small pictures (avatars or what else) on the left side of the testimonal author shrink to one third of their usual size and fade with about 50% transparency. Affectid in all modes (large, smal testimonial).
2. If you run two testimonial sliders on one page, the second one is not read anymore. But I don´t care about this, cause I only need one on some pages.
If you solve the shrinking and fading of the comment pics, the thread is solved.
Best regards
Hi Günter,
thanks for corrections – but it still doesn´t work. Only the syntax error is cleared.
1. In any case, with this code my testimonial slider stops working at all – that means blank on the frontend.
2. If I place the code below the randomizing code line or at the beginning of the document, on my site the picture sliders and animated pictures stiop working – that means blank on the frontend! So it makes a lot of a difference, where to place the code.Any idea for a better code?
Best regards
Hi Elliott,
I have the same issue as rchadek. Would be great to implement the randomizing function as option into one update. And would be great a s well to have manual arrows for the small slider view of the testimonial slider. Otherwise it´s great.
Tried the script above, but got syntax error. Assume it to be my fault. Please can you be specific, where at the bottom of the file to add the second code snippet? At the very end of the file? Or just the end of the testimonial slider section?
Thanks

WORKS!
Great job … with one exception. All my sliders don´t work anymore ………….. Not a single one.
And just found out … my contact side ist blown – google maps, contact form and slider showing blanks instead of pictures, grids or frames.. http://heilarbeit.de/psychologe-vlcek/I used the easy slider and the full picture slider. No idea how to get them going. Please help. The login and FTP ist still open for you to check.
Best regards!

no results yet. Only possible to adopt the logged-in view to the logged-out view – not the other way around. Josue is busy on work.

sorry to say – but still not working. Cleaned even browser cache etc. Stays in BOLD (supposingly 500) in the logged-off view.
Late regards

you are working late! (As me…). Sorry, but your solution doesn´t work.
As I see you added Quick CSS to the General Styling area in Enfold options. With this code we can change the look of the logged-in view – but it DOESN´T affect the look of the logged-out view. P. ex. if I change it to Open Sans 300 (the font I want to use) – the logged-in look is perfect (like now), but the logged-out look stays in size Open Sans 500. The command is not taken over to the logged-off script.
So please another trial…

not possible to reply on your email-adress – filtered. But anyway, here are the screenshots logged IN / OFF.
Thanks
November 19, 2014 at 4:05 pm in reply to: Special Heading thin font type changes to "helvetica" when I log out of WP Admin #353752Your screenehot shows the logged OFF site view – with the bold type of headings. I send you a screenshot how it looks, when I am logged IN into WP. It shows the preset font with slim letters.
I send the screenshot to the email you respnded – as I can´t see an umpoad button on this forum.
November 19, 2014 at 12:33 pm in reply to: Special Heading thin font type changes to "helvetica" when I log out of WP Admin #353590Hi Josue,
great theme. But I have the same strange problem as ireznek.
If I am logged into WP, your theme runs perfect. But if I log out of WP and visit my page as a visitor, all special headers (h1, h2 tested) are typed bold or in another charset – in any way thick und ugly.
The same on firefox and explorer. All plugins switched off (I have just a few) – same effect. I could compare plugins with ireznek – if it makes sense. I made some screenshots – or visit example page http://www.heilarbeit.de/heilkunst . Solution? Or workaround?
