Hi Jordan
Unfortunately updating the theme didn’t solve the issue. I’ve tried with a few other themes and it seems the button in Enfold overrides the Woocommerce settings for colour and cursor type so have fixed with CSS.
Thanks for your help
RichardHi Yigit
Perfect and as always spot on support for a fantastic theme.

Hi Rikard
I’ve managed to find a fix but the alignment isn’t great. You’ll see as you scroll down the contact button moves slightly as i’ve had to add padding to that item. If there is another way to sort that’d be great.
Thanks
RichardHi Rikard
That works fine thanks but is there a way to make it apply to a single item. I’ve tried
.postid-175 .av-inner-masonry-content-pos-content, .av-inner-masonry-content { display:none; }
But it still removes the hover for all items?
Thanks
RichardHi Vinay
Ok no problem, thanks for letting me know
Richard
Hi Andy
OK thanks. Is there a simple solution for just moving the mouseover icon up so that when the user hovers over the image the rollover appears. I’m sure I can get the rest sorted from there.
Richard
Hi Yigit
Ah crap, was that all it was. Often it’s the simplest things. Brilliant thank you for your help and super quick responses.
Richard
Of course.
Wow that was a quick response. Awesome.
However the image is 47px x 19px and is currently being cropped with the above CSS. Where do I apply the width and height?
Thanks
RichardHi Josue
The site is all sorted now, I employed a developer in the end via Codeable to fix the problems as the client needed to go live.
Thank you to you and all your colleagues for their help and advice – it’s an amazing theme and well worth it’s price. The support offered is priceless. If you’d like to include the site in your showcase please do.

Hi Josue
I’m still having trouble with the onepage site i’ve built. I’ve created a page that illustrates the problem.
Each section should start at 0 but when you navigate to blog then back to one of the other links the padding on Chrome is wrong and it seems to be the slider causing the problem. Could you have a look at this as a matter of urgency.
thanks

Hi Josue
Yup you’re right – it seemed to be both the Advanced Layerslider and team plugin i’d used that caused the extra padding. Annoying as I need both those plugins for the job. Did FF visible jump to the correct position from Blog to Home for you?
Do you know of any CSS rule that I can apply to the header that resets the height and avoids the trimming issue?
Thanks

Sorry to jump in here, what code did you use in the end to fix this as I’m after the same modification.
Thanks

I’ve fixed the parallax for now by adding
.av-parallax {bottom: 160px;}
to my custom CSS. This way the image fills the space and still applies the parallax.However my first issue is still causing me a problem. I’ve tried creating a new page and new menu and the #links go to the correct Color section so I think I need to rebuild my page to see what’s causing it. One thing I’ve noticed though is that the bug only happens on Chrome.
Richard
Hi Josue
Thanks for having a look, i’ve tried disabling all the plugins but still no luck with the question 1. However I’ve looked at it in Firefox and Safari and all apart from #contact go the correct place, so it seems to be partly a Chrome bug. Any more ideas.
On question 2 i’ve added `
.av-parallax.avia-full-stretch.active-parallax {
-webkit-transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px)!important;
-moz-transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px)!important;
-ms-transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px)!important;
transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px) !important;
}`
to the custom CSS and it solves the problem but removes the parallax. Would there be anything else causing the positioning issue?Thanks
RichardHi Josue
Phew i’m glad it’s not just my setup. I’ve disabled the smooth transition and it’s fixed the double loading issue – that’s one down, thank you. Login details below

Hi Josue
Thanks very much, it’s slowly getting there, final tweaks. Maybe it could be added to your showcase ;-)
I’m also using Chrome OSX. Try navigating from Home > Blog > Contact and you should see this (see private content) where the link has gone to the wrong place and the divider image isn’t filling the space.

That’s fantastic, works perfectly, but don’t know how. You’re a star.
Richard
Spot on thank you for your help.
Hi Elliott
It seems to be this CSS that’s adding extra white space:
.av_minimal_header + #main .container_wrap_first
Thanks
RichardHi Yigit
Spot on. Thank you so much. I’m loving the theme and fantastic support – would highly recommend Kriesi.

Hi Yigit
Ok Minify is off, cache emptied and role changed to admin.
