Can I see what your solution is?
Regards – RapheHi Nikko
Sorry I didn’t get back. The notification went to junk. I have now sent you the temporary log in as requested, and added details in the Private Content Box
Regards – RapheHi. I’ve tried using the code and nothing happens. Where exactly in the functions.php file should the code be added? Does it need a // before it? What should my custom permalink be -currently using /%category%/%postname%/
Nothing seems to make any difference.
Regards – RapheThat did it! As ever, excellent support. Thanks very much.

Thanks Jordan. Works fine on Desktop, then gets a bit confused on mobile. See attached.
Regards – RapheHi Jordan.
Thanks for your speedy response. I have shared the image with you now. The current solution is actually fine, using the technique you suggest. However when I try to move the telephone number down to align with the logo, it generally pushes the logo down into the blue background on mobile. I can’t seem to resolve this. I have given you the site link below.Brilliant as usual – Thanks Ismael
Hi Richard. Thanks for getting back to me. I’m trying to make the navigation look like it is on this link http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/50690.html only with the logo on the left hand side. Currently when I try to make the menu bar deeper using
#header_main_alternate .container {
height: 80px!important;line-height: 80px!important;
}
it shrinks the logo and creates a big gap between menu titles such as ‘WHAT WE DO” when the screen size gets smaller and the title appears on 2 lines.
This is a great theme and I hope you can help.Regards – Raphe
Thanks v much – excellent support as usual.
RapheHi Yigit
I’m also trying to get the dropdown menu color to be different from the logo area background color. I’ve tried this:
.sub-menu > li:hover > a {
color: #ffffff !important;
font-weight: bold !important;
background: #752e7b !important;
border: #752e7b !important;
}But that doesn’t work.
I’m also trying to get the menu item text to appear in the middle (vertical), but I can only achieve that by adding a css line height instruction which doesn’t look good when the screen gets smaller. Hope you can help.Regards – Raphe

August 31, 2016 at 3:06 am in reply to: Background header picture not showing transparent areas #679767Thanks Josue almost there. If you look at the page the width is now correct, but the Color Section uses the background images, rather than allowing the transparent parts of the image to show the actual main page background. I’ve tried adding to your css things like background-color:transparent; but no luck. Regards – Raphe

No need to upload a screenshot. You can see on the page link in the footer that I’ve nearly achieved what I wanted. However, I just need to remove the padding from the top picture so that it reaches the sides. Then I just need to repeat it for the header – provided I can get rid of the grey line, which won’t go no matter what I do. Thanks for your help.August 28, 2016 at 5:26 am in reply to: Background header picture not showing transparent areas #678556Thanks Josue – That just makes it go grey. I need it to show through to the page background image.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Regards – RapheHi Vinay. I’ve attached a link to a visual of what I am trying to achieve.
Thanks Vinay. I use the logo area background image already. I actually want to put a second image behind the menu items. Regards – raphe
Great – Worked a treat. Thanks fore all your help.

Hi Rikard
I’d like it to be placed on the right between ‘contacts’ and the ‘search icon’ if possible on desktop, tablet and phone. If this is not possible on the phone then remove it.Regards – Raphe
Hi Yigit
Thanks for your patients. The link is definitely correct. I have changed the css and the widget now appears under the WANRI logo – you can just see the dotted lines of the circle. If you reduce the browser size to mobile phone size, the ‘Support Us’ logo moves under the WANR logo and you can see it.Regards – Raphe
Hi Rikard
You may need to view it on a bigger screen. Because it’s not responsive it disappears off the screen on any screen less than 1000px
Regards – RapheHi Rikard
The widget is at the end of the navigation bar – it is a circle with ‘Support Us’ inside. This has been created using the text/html widget.
Thanks RapheThanks Elliot.
I just dragged anything in the widget area to see if it worked! I can take it from hear.
And thanks for helping WANRIRegards – Raphe

The problem with the disappearing socket has returned. I tried de-activating all plug-ins but still didn’t work.
It only happens on the home page??

Hi Yigit
No luck again. If I change the Main Content Background Color, I can almost make the line match the background. Perhaps that’s the way to go.
