I switched the “Insert PHP” plugin to “PHP Code for posts” and everything works fine now.Thank you for your care and fast response.

It’s absolutely puzzles me, how in the world it got anything to do with the hosting provider…??! Wow I’m really amazed.
I tried to uninstall and remove entirely, but it didn’t help neither.

Yeah, I should have been more specific..So this is what happening on the site (front-end) when I’m enabling the SEO plugin.
The sidebar is moving down under the ‘entry content’, here is an example:
