Hi Yigit,
Sorry about the delay. I see the screenshot you sent and, even though the menu can be seen, the LOGO that is supposed to be on the top left corner is not showing. I can see it correctly on my MacBook laptop using Chrome. Also, using the same browserstack.com I see that on the Windows Desktop option, (1280×1024), my website’s initial page is not showing correctly either.
In addition, the HEADLINE ROTATOR on my initial page is getting entangled with the next section and the image on this product´s link is not even showing up: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/producto/certificado-de-matrimonio. As well, the coupon code field at my Checkout has the text too small. As to your question, could you please tell me exactly how to disable the browser add-ons so that I can do that myself?
Thanks,
RamonHi Rikard,
Sorry about the delay but since it is my colleague that has the iMac with the issue, I found this troubleshooting website that allows checking different devices, where you could see that the logo is missing and there appears to be the white stripe covering the menu, along with other issues: https://www.browserstack.com/responsive
Thanks,
Ramon
This reply has been marked as private. The link is: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/, although apparently, it´s happening only with an iMac with Chrome, as someone else has told me and sent me the screenshot provided already.
Hi Rikard,
Ok, not sure why the code was still applying to my actual site but I ended up fixing this Headline Rotator problem on my mobile version by adding a new Column altogether. So, now I will go back to GoDaddy and enable again the caching. If there is anything else I should do or keep in mind please let me know.
Thanks,
Ramon
Hi Rikard,
I did not add any code back in. Also, the way I deactivated the CDN is by disabling the caching, as the screenshot sent yesterday shows. I hope that the way to do it.
Thanks,
RamonHi Rikard,
Here is the link to the screenshot anyways: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vjosvhk2p0jpklm/Enfold%20-%20ERROR%202021-01-05%20Headline%20Rotator%20Overruning%20Next%20Section%20Turning%20Caching%20or%20Cache%20Off%20on%20GoDaddy.jpg?dl=0
Attached are my FTP credentials, via the private content section.
Thanks!
Ramon
Hi Rikard,
I can send you an attachment of the screenshot where I disabled the caching in GoDaddy but I don´t see how to attach a file here. Please advice.
Thanks,
Ramon
Hi Rikard,
Ok, I was just shown by GoDaddy how to disable the caching, which I have gone ahead and done. So, even though the problem still shows in a new private mobile window on my side, perhaps by the time you read this you can finish the troubleshooting to try to get the issue solved and then let me know so I can enable the caching again after making sure that it´s all working fine.
Thanks again!
Ramon
Dear Rikard,
Ok, I just commented out (“/* and */”) the previous Headline Rotator code within the Quick CSS section under Enfold´s General Styling. However, I don´t know how to turn off temporarily the CDN. Just in case, I am using GoDaddy Business Hosting.
Thanks!
This reply has been marked as private. My Headline Rotator is still acting up, on the MOBILE version only, as on this page, for example: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/traspaso-de-herencia/ (I don´t see how to attach a screenshot here.) Thanks!
Perrfect, thanks!
Dear Yigit,
Ok, I just tried that and it´s better but the rest of the text below is now too small (size 12). (I take it that the text size change on the CSS is only for this particular After Purchase page, correct? Pls see screenshot attached. Any options?
Thanks,
Ramon
Hi Yigit,
Ok, I added the CSS code, flushed the cache and tried a new order on an incognito window. It did improve but just a bit, as per the screenshot attached. Any last modification without going into changing the table?
Thanks,
Ramon
Dear Rikard,
I see it got fixed but now the other Headling Rotator is acting up, interfering with the next section further down the page (again, on MOBILE version).
Thanks,
Ramon
Ok, but since it happens AFTER purchasing any of my WooCommerce products, such as this one: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/en/producto/certificado-de-divorcio/ you could use this coupon code for a free purchase so that you can see the exact problem, remembering that it is only on the MOBILE version: CUPONCERTIFICADOENVIOGRATIS
Hi Victoria,
Here is the link to a screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/nf5mo0vadzpyn6v/Enfold%20-%20ERROR%202020-10-28%20Downloadable%20Link%20Not%20Viewable.png?dl=0
Thanks,
Ramon
Hi Rikard,
I added the CSS but the problem is still happening, specifically, the screen on the MOBILE keeps moving further down on the same page, which makes it harder for the user to read whatever text is below. Perhaps this could be fixed with a fixed-height box where I could put in the Headling Rotator. Any specific suggestions are welcome!
Thanks,
Ramon
Hi Rikard,
I have added again the Headling Rotator after initially taking it off since it was causing trouble, as mentioned on my original note: https://abogadonotarioonline.com/ (it starts with “AVISO” or “ATTENTION” or “NOTICE” (English). Remember that the issue is only on MOBILE.
Thanks,
Ramon

My previous answer was “Thanks but it´s still not working as requested”, meaning that yes, I did add the code (that´s why I answered “thanks”, but that it is still not working. Also, I have cleared the cache numerous times.
