Hello,
same for me. I also get the cookie bar every time I open a page in my site.

Hello Rikard,
the problem is solved. :-)
A collegue of mine inserted some JS below (which I missed) to hide certain field depending on some check boxes. This caused the funny effect when I inserted additional fields. After adjusting this JS everything is fine now.
