Hi Ismael,
I don’t think that removing the image would work across the whole of the site.
I would be happy to use multiple css media queries… Can you advise how to set up four versions split in to two…
full screen: desktop 1920px width / laptop 960px width
mobile: ipad 768px width / mobile 480px widthBest Regards,
Richard
Hi Vinay,
Unfortunately I could not get it centred in all positions relating to the size of the screen.
Is there a way of using a screen percentage rather than px value?
Best Regards,
Richard
Hi Ismael,
Many thanks for your response
I have removed some of the coding I had to bring in the columns and now its much better when responsive.
All I need to do is have the logo image appear centrally to the text below (only in full screen mode)… in mobile / responsive it can be on the left. Can you please advise how I can make it padding by a percentage rather than by a px number.
I have tried the following code…
.logo img {
padding-left: 45%; !important
}but it does not align the logo with the column below
Best Regards,
Richard

Hi Yigit,
Many thanks – sorry about that
Can you please explain how I get rid of the white spacing below the logo (before you get to the grey line) + after the grey line (before you get to the slider)
Best Regards,
Richard
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Yigit,
The image size is 400x71px but when you inspect the element it is saying it is 300px x 53px… I have adjusted the height of the header to 100px but it is still the same
I have tried all sorts of things but nothing is changing
Any ideas?
Best Regards,
Richard

Hi Yigit,
Thanks for the code – that has sorted out the spacing either side of the column but the image in the middle is smaller than the other two either side (when they should be all the same).
Sorry to be a pain
Cheers

Many thanks for your response
I tried to add the following but there appears to be no change
.page-id-10 .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { color: grey; }
.page-id-10 .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li.current-menu-item > a, .page-id-10 .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li.current_page_item > a { color: red; }
.page-id-10 .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li:hover > a { color: #ffffff; }Can you see if I’ve made an obvious error?
Best Regards,
Richard
works perfectly now – many thanks

July 31, 2014 at 3:10 pm in reply to: How do I create an alphabetical list of all portfolio items in a category #298253Hi Yigit,
Many thanks… Although is this correct (see below text from the instructions) as there is no functions.php file in my child Theme only style.css
Insert this code into the “child theme” functions.php file:
I did try and create one but it just caused a fatal error message
Best Regards,
Richard
Many thanks
I’ve added this code but it does not appear to have changed anything
Any idea what to do next?
Best Regards,
Richard
