I have no idea how to do that. I use the basic features of WordPress and Go Daddy as I am not a programmer and do not really understand CSS and PHP.

I don’t even know how to open or view the .woff file you directed me to. It does not open in a text editor.

I have updated the.htmaccess file however the rectangular boxes are still seen on all browsers in every geography i test.
I don’t know what you mean by “loading the font file from your actual domain instead of a CDN”, please can you clarify?

I want to change the background color of the text. I can see how to change the icon colors but I cannot see how to change the background color of the box the text is contained within.

I’m also having this issue. Only the email icon displays. The rest of the social icons on posts, in the footer and in the home page header no longer display.
