This is the description of what this plugin does:
When you add text to the category description textarea and save the category, WordPress runs content filters that strips out all but the most basic formatting tags.
This plugin disables those filters. Any html code you add to the category description will not be stripped out.
This plugin does not do anything other than disable the filters. It does not protect you from entering invalid HTML, nor does it help you create WYSIWYG HTML. You can use the post or page composing screen to help you create the text and formatting. Switch to the ‘code’ tab and copy the HTML code into the category description field.

The HTML in the category description is removed by default by WordPress, not WooCommerce. So it’s the core behaviour.
You can fix this with this plugin probably: https://wordpress.org/plugins/allow-html-in-category-descriptions/
I never used it before, but seems to work from its ratings.
############I tried the plugin and it works.
If it is so how can html tags be accepted in your local installation? In my installation only the tag a (aaaaa) was allowed and all the other tags were stripped out
Thank you Mauro
I tried with all plugin disactivated and also with Twenty Fifteen theme but the problem remain.
I tried also with the theme Storefront suggested by WooThemes.
I will try to contact WooThemes support
Thank you anyway

Dear Elliott,
the only tag accepted there is the tag .
Every other formatting, even <p align=”center”>aaaaa
is stripped away and will remain only
aaaaaThank you
Thank you Josue,
I will look into it. I suppose this code should be added in the functions.php in the enfold folder. But I don’t like to mess with it because in this case it would be better to have a child theme.
How to remove the sub-category long header image from the second page but leaving the square small ones in the first?
Thank you

Your best best is to use phpmyadmin to search the database. Go to wp_options > avia_options_enfold and edit the data field. You should find your quick css code somewhere in the serialized data string (search for “quick_css”).

sorry the links are not correct. I write again the question
is it possible to have large 1200px images in category header like in http://goo.gl/uv7JaF but smaller DIFFERENT square images when all the category images are displayed (like in http://goo.gl/m9aJi2)?
Because otherwise they occupy just a part of the screen like in http://goo.gl/nFiVd1 or you have to choose large images that they look good when cropped from the center and that quite rare.
Thank you Mauro
If I restore a database backup I will see my lost custom css?
There is a way to read it from the sql without restoring? In which field they are stored?
Thank you Mauro

I tried with this function and also with Post Types Order plugin but neither give any result in ordering the portfolio elements
Please see http://naqshbandi.sufi.it/
Thank you Mauro
Please see http://www.sufi.it/Senza-titolo-1.jpg
I don’t know if I explained myself clearly. What I want is the inverse effect: overlay effect ONLY on the image on which I pass the mouse over in the home of the blog
like for example:
http://www.jawtemplates.com/wordpress-themes/jawesome-portfolio/?jaw-portfolio-category=photography&colors=yellow
that has a very nice effectThank you Mauro
Thank you
I’m sorry but no change. I tried it with Chrome and IE, emptying the cache, also putting the code in the original custom.css with no other customization in it but no change. This reply has been marked as private.September 22, 2014 at 12:44 pm in reply to: Description text area in product admin page is blank #322949Ok thank you

September 9, 2014 at 3:21 pm in reply to: Description text area in product admin page is blank #315906And also if I go to Appearance => Menus (http://new.profumo.it/en/wp-admin/nav-menus.php)
each time I click on anything (the small triangle on an item for example) the page gets saved and reloaded.
Again if I switch theme to Twenty Fourteen everything works normally.
Thank you Mauro
