This doesn’t work either.

I don’t understand why the theme won’t just update – I’ve purchased the theme and paid for support and yet, it’s operating like a free theme – not one of the most popular themes on the market.

I reported this Tuesday and I still haven’t had any kind of resolution. The response time has been horrible and my site can’t be backed or updated as long as I’m using the Enfold them.

I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT ENFOLD WAS A SUPPORTED PRODUCT!

I have used a new browser and the problem persists. In addition to backup issues, I can not update ANY page on my site.

You have the login credentials to see this on your end.

As the host reported, the problem is resolved only by changing the them from Enfold.

I re updated the theme via FTP overwriting all of the files. This did not correct the problem.

What kind of support am I paying for? My support request has gone unanswered for 2 days. Meanwhile, I can’t update my site. Very disappointing!
