I can’t work with FTP – I don’t know how, but why can’t I see the update 4.2.4 on my site?

I just bought the theme because I do not understand the work behind the system – and would have an easy access that ordinary people could use. Should the problem not be solved in an update already? Will the 4.2.4 update automatically come over time, if I wait? The problem is that my site gets 60 percent of the clicks from mobile devices – and they can not see my page. So I lose customers on it.

Unfortunately, it did not help. Still the same.
