I have no idea if someone is still reading this, so I will post my question in a new request as well. But, I have changed the form into a Contactform7. I have made a new page to do so. All the old info is still found here: http://www.sustainablehappiness.nl/old-page/
I think my question is lost in the other request, but my client would really like to know today if the e-mail addresses of people that filled in the form are lost or if they are to be found somewhere.
Could you please let me know today? (I normally don’t put a time scale on things here, but I am desperate and my client is VERY angry :()
I would like to replace the form with a contact7 form, but I don’t know if I’m then interfering with your work. So I just placed a warning for visitors on it for now.
The client will call me tomorrow morning and I really would love to give her some kind of explanation or ‘hope’ about those e-mail addresses. Could someone give me an update? *freaking out*

It is still the same. The logo is not on the left anymore, but is on top of the ‘home’ text in the menu. If I go down I see the 3 icons in the middle when they must be 1/3. Same with the rest. I use Chrome. But I have looked in IE and it is the same.
PriscillaThanks. I installed it, did a test with the form again, no changes and it does not come up in the log.
