Hi and thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I tried that with no success. After that I purchased Godaddy wordpress help, and am frustrated that this was not successful either. They just did the same thing I had already told them did not work.

I have increased your site’s max execution time and the memory limit but it didn’t work.
I also tried the suggestions from the theme support, nothing worked too.

Thanks again for your help on this WP Turned Up. I got back on the phone with hosting provider after our session and they did nothing but try and sell me their help services. Very frustrating.

I have tried on Safari, Chrome and Firefox on two different Macs and unfortunately I’m still getting the same error message.
Ok. I used filezilla and followed directions online adding the following to the bottom of the wp-config right before Happy Blogging. Unfortunately GoDaddy was no help earlier and why I broke down and purchased the 6 months of support from you guys.
