I was looking for a styling code issue originally but couldn’t work it out myself.

I found the code you referenced (it was in the Child style.css file) and have removed it and also disablsed the File Compression and the form is now working properly on tablet view.

Sorry for the delay in my response here – I have been on holidays. I’ve removed country blocking on my website so you should be able to access it now.

I have attached a screenshot of the mobile width alignment issue as mentioned.
Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to fix this up.
