regarding whether it was resolved. The answer is no. The support kept saying the hosting is wrong, but the hosting provider proved that the memory limit was 2Gb. Unfortunately, we had to abandon this plugin.Hi Mike,

Layer slider still says it’s outdated

I’ve disabled all plugins, but the problem still persists.
The web hosting support has helped us ensure that a standard php_info in the root of our public_html shows the correct memory limit (512Mb).
Still, the Options page in the LayerSlider menu is stuck on 256Mb memory limit and it’s not enough to load some of our large sliders.Thanks
EricOur hosting supports says that it seems like the theme gets its memory limit from somewhere else.
wpconfig and htaccess both have 512mb.
In the Status page of the LayerSlider, it still says:
PHP Memory Limit: 256Mcan I attached a screenshot somehow to provide more details?
thanks for your prompt reply. however, our memory limit is 4 times that of what LayerSlider is trying to allocate:
Using query monitor, I can see our allowed memory is 1024Mb

Thanks! I can login now but I have another problem, it seem update-core.php file is not working? When I click update theme it show HTTP error 500 and the page is not working.

I talked with hosting company yesterday and already find a solution for this problem.
After we use cloudflare for this website, it may causes incomplete cache static files while optimize or compile code.
So they suggested to create visual host for now and its work!Just FYI if anyone have the same problem as mine.

I fixed it already for the world map.
And the rest like I shared with you before, I find a temporary way. But if you log in and check the admin page it still have a code like this.I ask hosting company to check on this issue, somehow it working but it keep change back as the photos uphere.

For the code, temporary way to fix it is I need to save template and reload it every time I press update so it’ll not show the code so sometimes you might not see it on the website. (but it’ll be showing again if press update for each page that have contact us section).

I think that might not solve the problem very well. I clear all cache, reboot, deactivate/ delete unused plugins, none of that working. Even our colleagues that open website in Germany also see the code and there are more error in ‘exhibiting page’ here:
Please kindly suggest another way to solve this issues.

I already deactivate it before after I found that making the website slowdown. I also try clear cache, restart, even check it from another pc. But is still showing the code instead of the text.
