I have a similar problem.
While trying to print from Firefox, the first page contains a part of the content on the first page, the second page only contains the cookie-messages (in a distorted way).

I would add a two part question to this:

1. Did I understand it correctly, that I have to tell my customer, to change his Browser to Chrome or even Edge (both print the total content of the page) or is there another solution?

2. Is there a way to get rid of the Cookie-messages in print?
